• Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, the services may be covered in full or in part. We accept the following insurances: Medicaid (21 and under), Medicare, BCBS, and VIVA.

• Please get in touch with your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for speech therapy services. Click here for a guide to help you ask the right questions to your insurer.

• Contact your physician for a prescription/referral for speech therapy services. He or she can either fax a referral form to us @ 205-850-5571 or give you the form to give to us. We have included a Physician Referral Form for your convenience.

• After we have received the signed orders, we will contact you and set up the evaluation, develop a personalized treatment plan, and then begin treatment. Therapy services will be provided.
